FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You should choose basic cleaning when your home or office is already in relatively good condition and you need regular maintenance to keep it tidy. Basic cleaning focuses on routine tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces. It’s ideal for weekly or bi-weekly upkeep and is perfect for:

  • Maintaining cleanliness in commonly used areas (e.g., kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms)
  • Homes or offices that don’t have built-up grime, stains, or stubborn dirt
  • Regular upkeep between deep cleanings
  • Keeping a space presentable without the need for intensive scrubbing or stain removal

If your space needs more thorough cleaning due to long-term neglect, stubborn stains, or buildup, a deep cleaning would be more appropriate.

You should choose deep cleaning when your home or office requires more intensive cleaning due to accumulated dirt, grime, or stains that regular cleaning can’t address. Deep cleaning is ideal for:

  • Areas with built-up grime, stubborn stains, or hard-to-remove dirt (e.g., bathroom tiles, kitchen grease)
  • Spaces that haven’t been cleaned for an extended period, 4weeks and above
  • Preparing for or after a special event, move-in, or move-out
  • Tackling tasks that aren’t part of basic cleaning, such as grout cleaning, removing limescale, cleaning behind appliances, or cleaning walls and baseboards
  • Addressing neglected areas such as tops of shelves, cabinets etc

Deep cleaning is more thorough and detailed, making it perfect for restoring your space to a pristine condition.
