The calculation depends on the cleaning service and the information relevant to that service. This may include property size, number of rooms, areas or items requiring cleaning, selected options, specific cleaning requirements and location. Different Weschoon services use different pricing structures.

Yes. Weschoon requires full payment before service, and an online booking can only be submitted after payment has been completed. Once payment is completed, your booking is submitted and Weschoon proceeds with assigning a cleaning team based on the selected service, location and availability.

No. Payment submits your booking request but does not by itself confirm your appointment. Your cleaning appointment is confirmed once a cleaning team has been assigned and Weschoon sends your booking confirmation by email.

Yes. Where available during booking, you can select your preferred date and time. Your requested appointment remains subject to cleaning-team availability and is confirmed only after a cleaning team has been assigned and you receive your booking confirmation.
If your cleaning is required for a fixed or time-sensitive date, booking as early as possible is recommended.

If your requested date or time is unavailable, Weschoon will contact you in writing to discuss an available alternative. If a suitable alternative is agreed, we will proceed with assigning a cleaning team. Your appointment becomes confirmed once the team has been assigned and your booking confirmation has been issued.

As long as a cleaning team has not yet been assigned and no suitable alternative date or time can be agreed, your booking remains fully refundable.

Once a cleaning team has been assigned and your booking confirmation has been issued, the appointment is confirmed. Any subsequent cancellation or rescheduling is then subject to Weschoon’s applicable cancellation and modification policy.

Yes. One-time cleaning can be booked online for the applicable services. For recurring house cleaning, the first cleaning must be booked online before the recurring arrangement can be activated. Subsequent recurring appointments are managed according to the agreed schedule and applicable recurring-service terms.

Not necessarily. If you will not be present, suitable access arrangements need to be provided so the cleaning team can enter the property at the confirmed appointment time. Any important access instructions should be communicated to Weschoon before the cleaning.

Contact Weschoon with the service you need, your location and your cleaning requirements. Cleaning work that cannot be accurately represented by the available online options may require a tailored quote or an alternative booking arrangement.

We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance when possible, especially if you need cleaning on a specific date or time. Earlier booking is particularly recommended for move-in, move-out, post-construction, event and other time-sensitive cleaning services.

Bookings with shorter notice may still be possible, depending on the selected service, location and cleaning-team availability. Your requested date and time are not confirmed until a cleaning team has been assigned and you receive your booking confirmation.

Yes, subject to Weschoon’s cancellation and modification policy. Once a cleaning team has been assigned and your booking confirmation has been issued:

• 5 days or more before the appointment: cancellation or rescheduling is free, and a cancellation is eligible for a 100% refund.
• Between 48 hours and 5 days before the appointment: a 40% cancellation or modification fee applies. For cancellations, 60% of the booking amount is refundable.
• Less than 48 hours before the appointment: the booking is non-refundable.

Recurring cleaning subscriptions may be subject to separate cancellation and modification conditions under the applicable recurring-service terms.

Yes. Some Weschoon cleaning services are available as predefined cleaning packages through the online shop rather than through the online quote calculator. You can review the available packages and select the option that matches your cleaning requirements.
