Our deep cleaning services provide a detailed and thorough cleaning of your property, helping restore cleanliness in areas that may not receive regular attention. While our service is comprehensive, it may not include every specific task depending on the condition of the property. Please review the exclusions in advance to plan accordingly and avoid any misunderstandings.

Professional Carpet Cleaning
Vacuuming carpets is included in our deep cleaning service; however, deep carpet cleaning such as steam cleaning or carpet shampooing is not included. Carpets with stains, odors, or heavy dirt often require specialized equipment and techniques, which are provided as a separate service. If your carpet requires deep cleaning, this service can be arranged separately.
Floor Scrubbing and Polishing
During our deep cleaning service, floors are thoroughly vacuumed and mopped to remove dust, dirt, and surface grime. However, intensive floor scrubbing to remove stubborn stains or scuff marks, as well as floor polishing to restore shine, are not included. These treatments require specialized equipment and additional time and are therefore offered as separate services.
Moving Heavy Items
Our deep cleaning service may involve moving light or semi-light items such as chairs or small tables to clean accessible areas. However, we do not move heavy furniture or appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, beds, dressers, dryers, or large cabinets to clean underneath or behind them. This helps prevent potential damage or safety risks. If you would like these areas cleaned, we recommend moving the heavy items beforehand to make the spaces accessible for our cleaning team.
Stubborn Hard Water Marks
Removing tough hard water stains from glass, metal, or tile surfaces may require intensive treatment. Our deep cleaning team will address water marks that are reasonably removable during the service. However, if the buildup is extensive or covers large areas, please inform us in advance and provide photos, as this may require additional time or a specialized service.
Permanent Bathroom Stains
Stains on tiles, tubs, sinks, or glass that have been left untreated for a long period may become permanent. While our deep cleaning service will significantly improve the appearance of these surfaces, permanent stains or discoloration cannot always be fully removed. Our team will make every effort to reduce visible marks, but complete restoration may not always be possible.
Mold and Mildew Removal
Minor mold or mildew on bathroom surfaces may be addressed during deep cleaning where safely possible. However, extensive mold growth on ceilings, walls, tiles, or other surfaces requires specialized treatment and is not included in the standard deep cleaning service. In such cases, we recommend arranging a professional mold removal service.
Limescale Removal
Our deep cleaning service includes removing moderate limescale buildup on faucets, shower glass, sinks, and bathroom surfaces. However, heavy limescale buildup caused by long-term accumulation may require specialized descaling treatment, which may involve additional time or a separate service.
Vents and Filters
During deep cleaning, accessible vents may be lightly dusted externally. However, removing filters and thoroughly cleaning inside ventilation systems is not included. If detailed vent or filter cleaning is required, this should be arranged as a separate service.
Structural or Maintenance Issues
Deep cleaning focuses on improving cleanliness and hygiene but does not include repairs or maintenance work. Issues such as broken appliances, damaged fixtures, plumbing problems, scratched glass, or structural damage should be resolved before the cleaning appointment.
Heavy Grease or Long-Term Neglect
Kitchens or areas with extreme grease buildup or long-term neglect may require additional time and specialized cleaning treatments beyond the standard deep cleaning scope. In such cases, an adjusted service plan may be recommended to achieve the best results.
Access to Areas
Our team cleans accessible areas only. For safety reasons, we do not dismantle fixtures or move heavy furniture and appliances to reach hidden areas. If you would like these spaces cleaned, please ensure they are accessible prior to the cleaning appointment.
Stubborn Cooking Residue
Removing burnt or baked-on grease from stoves, countertops, backsplashes, and tiles may require intensive cleaning. Our deep cleaning team will work to remove visible cooking residue and grease buildup; however, stains that have developed over a long period may become permanent. While we will make every reasonable effort to improve these surfaces, complete removal of permanent stains cannot be guaranteed.
Kitchenware
Our deep cleaning service focuses on cleaning surfaces and fixed areas of the kitchen. Cleaning kitchenware such as utensils, dishes, pots, frying pans, cups, and small appliances is not included. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any kitchenware stored in cabinets is cleaned and organized prior to the cleaning appointment.
Wood Stain Treatment
Deep cleaning includes wiping and cleaning wooden surfaces such as cabinets, shelves, and furniture where applicable. However, wood stain removal or wood treatment is not included. If wooden surfaces require refinishing, stain treatment, or restoration, these services should be arranged separately.
Kitchen Baseboards
Our deep cleaning service includes cleaning accessible baseboards and surfaces in the kitchen. However, removing baseboards or dismantling fixtures to clean underneath cabinets is not included. If access to these areas is required, they should be made accessible before the cleaning appointment.
Appliance Cleaning
During deep cleaning, our team will clean the exterior surfaces of kitchen appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, and dishwashers. Interior appliance cleaning may require additional time and can be selected as an extra service when booking. Repairs, maintenance, or replacement of faulty appliance parts are not included in the cleaning service.
Organizing and Decluttering
Our deep cleaning service focuses on thorough cleaning of surfaces and living spaces. Organizing, sorting belongings, or decluttering is not included. We recommend tidying and clearing surfaces before our team arrives so the cleaners can focus on delivering an effective deep clean.
Walls and Ceilings
Deep cleaning typically includes dusting baseboards, doors, and door frames. However, full washing of walls and ceilings is not included as part of the standard service. If walls or ceilings require detailed cleaning due to heavy marks or buildup, this can be arranged as an additional service.
Removing Large Items or Rubbish
Disposal of furniture, appliances, or large amounts of rubbish is not included in deep cleaning. Clients are responsible for ensuring that unwanted items and waste are removed before the cleaning appointment so that the property is accessible for cleaning.
Mechanical or Utility Rooms
Cleaning mechanical rooms or technical utility spaces is not included due to potential safety risks. These areas may require specialized handling and should be addressed separately if cleaning is required.
Radiator Cleaning
Radiators will be dusted and cleaned externally during deep cleaning. However, detailed cleaning inside radiator fins or behind fixed radiators is not included and may require a separate service.
High-Risk or Hazardous Areas
Deep cleaning does not include handling hazardous situations such as mold remediation, fire damage, biohazards, or contaminated areas. These situations require specialized services and trained professionals.
Light Fixtures and High Ceilings
Accessible surfaces may be dusted during deep cleaning. However, cleaning chandeliers, pendant lights, ceiling fans, or very high ceilings requiring ladders or specialized equipment is not included unless arranged in advance.
Upholstery Cleaning
Deep cleaning focuses on fixed surfaces and living areas. Deep cleaning of upholstered furniture, such as sofas, chairs, or mattresses, including stain and odor removal, requires a separate upholstery cleaning service.
Pest Control
Deep cleaning does not cover pest issues such as rodents, insects, or infestations. Pest control must be handled by licensed professionals before or after the cleaning service if required.
Outdoor Spaces
Standard deep cleaning focuses on indoor areas. Cleaning outdoor spaces such as balconies, terraces, gardens, decks, or communal staircases is not included unless booked as a separate service.
Extreme Mess or Hoarding Situations
Properties with excessive clutter, heavy contamination, hoarding conditions, or severe neglect may require specialized cleaning services beyond standard deep cleaning. If this applies to your property, please inform us in advance so we can recommend the appropriate service.
Appliance Cleaning
If you request cleaning for appliances such as the oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood, or dryer, please note that this service covers cleaning only. Replacement of filters, maintenance, or repairs of appliances are not included in our deep cleaning service.
Cabinets and Wardrobes
Our deep cleaning service focuses on cleaning the interior and exterior surfaces of cabinets and wardrobes once they are empty. Cleaning personal items stored inside cabinets or wardrobes is not included. We recommend removing and organizing these items before the cleaning appointment to allow our team full access to the interior surfaces.
Exterior Windows
Cleaning the exterior side of windows often requires specialized equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, or water-fed poles, and is therefore not included in standard deep cleaning. If windows open inward or are safely accessible (for example, up to approximately three floors or 15 meters), exterior window cleaning can be arranged as an additional service when booking.
