End-Of-Tenancy Deep Cleaning Checklist

Our cleaning service is not charged by hours; therefore, our cleaners are not limited in time, so the cleaners will only leave your premises after ensuring that every room and corner is thoroughly cleaned.
Checklists
Our professionals always follow this detailed end-of-tenancy cleaning checklist when we work. Our cleaning experts are trained to clean corners and not cut corners. By following this checklist, we can consistently deliver the best service. When cleaning, we carry out cross-contamination preventive measures and use green cleaning.
Our end-of-tenancy cleaning is flexible, as we allow you to generate quotes according to your cleaning need and budget. We do not automatically include extra cleaning, such as cleaning inside fridge, oven, cabinets, etc., because some houses /apartments don’t have them anymore during move-out. Therefore, indicate the extra services you need when you book our end-of-tenancy service.
Here is what we do during the end-of-tenancy cleaning:
- Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners
- Wipe down doors and on top of doors
- Wipe down baseboards and all wooden furniture carefully of dust
- Clean and polish (reachable) windows internally including sills and ledges
- Clean reachable surfaces – wardrobes, shelving and cupboards
- Clean & polish mirrors, pictures
- Clean plugs, sockets, fittings, lamp shades & light switches.
- Clean inside radiators
- Clean behind and under furniture
- Clean and polish metal ornaments
- Vacuum upholstery
- Sofa cushions moved where possible & vacuumed underneath
- Properly vacuum and dust both sides of curtains and blinds
- Vacuum and mop hard floors
- All free-standing furniture dusted & polished & sanitised
- Clean bath and remove limescale
- Remove hard water stains
- Wash shower cabinet / screen from inside and out / de-scale
- Scrub and rinse soap dispensers (if present)
- Clean and disinfect toilet from inside and out
- Clean plumbing behind toilet if reachable
- Wash and de-scale sink / polish taps
- Wash down tiles, remove mould & wipe reachable tiles
- Clean & polish mirrors
- Wipe cupboards/shelving/ surfaces and polish stainless steel
- Clean windows from inside, wipe down window sills/ window ledges
- Wipe down door/ frames/ skirting boards
- Wipe and polish radiators and towel rails
- Wipe marks and stains from shower screens
- Clean plugs, light switches
- Vacuum, sanitise & mop floors
PS:
- If there is heavy limescale built-up please inform us ahead, and we can advise what you can do in preparation
- Clean and polish all kitchen cupboards and drawers (outside)
- Wipe down outside refrigerator & freezer
- Wipe down dishwasher (outside)
- Remove mould and grease from wall tiles, wash down and polish
- Clean exterior of all kitchen appliances such as kettle, toaster, etc.
- Wash and polish all worktops, countertops and the sink area
- Remove lime scale and polish sink / shine taps
- Scrub gas rings and gas control knobs
- Clean windows from the inside; wipe down window sills / window ledges
- Wipe all woodwork (doors, door frames, skirting boards)
- Sanitize the bins and remove rubbish
- Wipe down radiators if applicable and accessible
- Clean plugs, light switches
- Vacuum and wash hard floors
- Remove Cobwebs from ceilings and corners
- Clean cornice / curtain rails and picture rail
- Clean / polish mirrors
- Clean / polish windows internally, sills & ledges
- Upholstery is vacuumed, cushions are moved and cleaned below
- Wipe doors and on top of them
- Wipe all skirting boards and wood works of dust
- Wipe down banister, stairway, and railings
- Clean lights switches & lights fittings, plugs, lamp shades, sockets
- Clean behind, inside and on top of cupboards and furnishings
- Wipe down and polish entrance door
- Dust and polish all flat surfaces
- Vacuum and mop hard floors
Cabinet
- Clean inside cupboards, drawers and shelving
- Clean cabinet doors & handles, polish & sanitise
- Remove hard stains inside and outside the cabinet (provided it's not permanent stains)
Oven / Microwave
- Clean and degrease inside of oven, polish outside parts
- Clean and de-grease the microwave
- Remove door glass & clean (where design allows)
- Scrub off food deposits and grime
- Clean grill pan and oven racks
- Inspect and wipe all buttons
- Clean exterior and remove stains and marks
Extractor Hood
- Clean and polish hob & grill
- Clean, degrease and polish extractor fan
- Remove filters, clean and degrease
Fridge & Freezer
- Remove shelves & food compartments, clean & sanitise
- Remove dirt, mildew and leftover food
- Clean internal walls & base and sanitised
- Clean the rubber seal to door
- Wipe and polish handles
- Wipe and polish the exterior
PS:
- Freezer / freezer compartment must be emptied and fully defrosted beforehand
Dishwasher
- Clean inside dishwasher and polish
- Clean the dishwasher of food and soap deposits
- Remove all dirt, mildew and food deposits
- Inspect and clean filters
- Wipe the rubber seal
- Wipe the soap dispenser drawer and remove marks and stains
- Wipe down handles
Window
- Remove any marks, fingerprints and oily stains
- Wipe down to prevent streaks when drying
- Dust off and clean windowsills
- Wipe down frames
- Dust off blinds, curtains and shades
PS:
- We charge €30 + VAT per item for additional appliances such as second oven/grill, fridge/freezer, etc.
What's not included in the service?
- Deep cleaning of blinds or window shutters
- Cleaning of chandeliers (dusting only with a duster if reachable)
- Basements
- Terrace cleaning
- Conservatories
- Washing of painted walls and ceilings
- Replace the holes, redo seals, redo paint
- Patios and garages,
- Mould removal
- Washing, drying and ironing of linen
- Light bulbs replacement and outlets cleaning
- We do not take cutlery, pots, cups, pans and kitchen utensils out of kitchen cabinets to clean inside and put them back, nor do we wash any of them.
- We do not move out fitted appliances (Washing Machines, Driers, Fridges, Freezer, Dish Washers, Cookers, etc.) for health and safety reasons.
- We do not remove permanent stains such as rust, ring marks, etc to hard surfaces; wood, stone, tiles, grouting, metal.
