No, our cleaners bring the necessary professional cleaning supplies and equipment unless you request otherwise. Please note that ladders are not considered cleaning materials, so clients should provide a ladder for high or hard-to-reach areas if needed.
Yes, you can book regular weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning. Recurring services follow a fixed schedule, for example every Wednesday, every other Friday or the first Monday of each month, depending on your needs and availability.
No, you don’t need to be present during the cleaning. Many clients provide access instructions and return afterward to review the completed work. Please make sure our cleaners can access the property at the scheduled time; they will wait up to 20 minutes (waiting time is chargeable). If access is still not possible after that, the appointment will be cancelled and treated as a non-refundable visit.
We want you to be happy with the result. Please review the completed work after the service and contact Weschoon within 24–48 hours if something was missed, including photos where possible. After this review period, we will no longer be able to revisit the issue, as cleaned areas can easily become soiled again.
